Warm-up, shadow boxing and working with boxing pads are on the program on these days. Through working with the boxing pads, you improve your endurance, technique and strength. Punches, kicks - elbows and knees - round for round.
Learn - and improve.
This is what the technique courses are about. Of course, these courses also include plenty of press-ups and situps to improve one's physique. However, the focus is on learning and improving punches, kicks, combinations and the Muay Thai Clinch.
Practice is better than studying.
In this course, you can test your skills during sparring. Novices practice blocking, guarding against and dodging punches and kicks. Learning feints and little tricks is of course also included.
We train with each other, not against each other. For those who just wish to fight, this is not the right place for you.
