I like to call myself a martial artist with heart and soul. Since childhood, I dreamed of doing the same as the Karate Kid or Karate Tiger and soaked up everything related to martial arts like a sponge. In 1993, the time had finally come, and I started with Tae Kwon Do.
Ten years later, however, Tae Kwon Do was to be replaced by my great martial arts love, to which I remain loyal until this day. The Thai national sport Muay Thai. When I learned about this fascinating way of fighting, I couldn't wait to get to Thailand to learn everything about it. Many years of training and education followed.
In all those years, I have worked very hard to gain all the knowledge I've got today. Today, I like to pass on everything I have learned to future generations. I am especially proud to be able to offer you a particularly broad and practice-oriented Thai boxing training.

As a martial arts coach, my primary goal is to improve the athletic skills of all members and equally shape their mental strengths – after all, both often determine success and failure. And not only in sports.
Your training goals are my motivation to constantly develop myself to get the best out of each individual! Nevertheless, Hauptstadt Gym is not an anonymous fitness center. Here, we know each other and work together on your successes.
