Being your personal trainer, it is my job to challenge and encourage you, especially when you find it hard to motivate yourself and to take you to the limits of your performance capacities in a sound and smart way. Together, we will keep your goals in mind because, in the long run, my success as a personal trainer depends on your success.

    • Train as if you were in Thailand. Warming-up, shadow boxing, and focus mitt-training are part of the program. I will improve your technique as if you were a pro, making you stronger by mitt-training. Hits, kicks – elbows and knees… round by round.

    • Fascia roll and trigger ball are indeed two all-rounder tools. We will make use of both of them to get your body back in shape. In this context, our primary goal will be to dissipate tensions and knots. At the same time, we will provide for improved mobility and flexibility and ensure your body regenerates quicker.
